FAQ of AURA TACHIBANA
- QDo you have a private hot spring bath?
- AAll of the "KAZE NO TACH" rooms have semi open-air , hot spring baths. We also have three open-air baths that can be reserved for private use on the roof of the "KAZE NO TACHI" building. Advanced reservation is required and the fee is 3150yen / 45min. Please make a reservation at front desk when you check-in.
- QDo you have a room with a bathroom and toilet?
- AAll of our rooms come with full size private bathtubs and separate toilet facilities.
- QDo you have rooms with beds?
- AYes. We have rooms with beds.
There are three types of rooms available.
-Twin bed rooms
-Japanese & Western combined style rooms (Western Hybrid room)
- and our traditional Japanese style rooms which come with Futons laid on the TATAMI floor.
- QDo you have rooms with an open-air bath?
- AWe have rooms with semi open-air baths. The baths are very unique because only three sides are walled. You can really enjoy the atmosphere of the open-air bath.
- QDo you have a single room?
- ANo. We are sorry, but we don’t have a single room. We only accept reservations for two or more people.
- QCan we have bread or Western style breakfast?
- AWe only offer a Japanese style breakfast. No Western menu is available.
- QI don't eat raw fish. Are there other food options available?
- AWe are able to accommodate those who do not have an appetite for raw fish, but our other menu selection is limited.
- QHow can I make a reservation?
- AE-mail us. We'll check the room availability, and send you the reservation booking form.
- QHow can we get to Aura Tachibana from Hakone Yumoto station?
- AWe have a pick up service from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Please give us a call, when you arrive at Hakone Yumoto station.
