About accommodation

We will start from 15:00 on the day of check-in.

Is there a shuttle bus?

The bus does not run on schedule. When you arrive at Hakone-Yumoto Station, please call us and we will come to pick you up. Please check the access page for details .

When the hotel reopened on December 28, 2008, the name was changed to " It has been changed to "Aura Tachibana". Even if your car navigation screen displays "Ryokan Tachibana," it is not a mistake, so please follow the navigation instructions.

A
All rooms at "Kaze no Tachi" have open-air baths. "Mori no Tate" does not have an open-air bath. Please see the rooms page for more details .

Is the open-air bath in the guest room fed by natural hot spring water?
A
The open-air bath in the Kaze no "Tachi" guest room uses hot spring water, but the water is not directly from the source.

Can children stay in rooms with open-air baths?

The guest room "Kaze no Tachi" with an open-air bath is for adults only.

About cuisine

Can you accommodate allergies?
A
At Aura Tachibana, we do not accommodate food allergies, foods that are difficult to eat, or foods that are religiously or culturally taboo for the following reasons.

-We do not have the space to handle allergens, and various ingredients are prepared in the same kitchen, so contamination cannot be ruled out.
-There is no nutritionist who can deal with food allergies.
-The inability to completely separate contact between allergenic ingredients and general ingredients.- Not being able to verify all ingredients including seasonings and processed foods.
-We do not create an allergy list.

Our cuisine is creative Japanese cuisine (Beppin cuisine) prepared with great care. We believe that it is best to serve food according to the menu as much as possible. Regarding meals, we will prepare them according to the menu.
We appreciate your understanding as we take every possible measure to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Can I choose the dinner time?

Please note that times may change during busy periods.

Can I eat meals in my room?

All meals are served in the dining room. In order for guests to enjoy freshly prepared food while keeping hot items hot and cold items cold, our hotel serves them in the dining room.

Can I change the menu on the day?

We cannot accept changes on the day.
We prepare ingredients in the kitchen according to the number of guests and stock status on the day of your stay.

How often does the food menu change?
A
Over a period of about a month and a half, we change the dishes to use seasonal ingredients at that time.

About bathing facilities

Please tell me the usage hours of the public bath.

You can use it from 15:00 to 24:00 and from 5:00 to 9:30 the next day. Please note that the sauna room can only be used until 23:30.

Please tell me the usage hours of the private open-air bath.

The usage fee is 3,300 yen (tax included) for 45 minutes.(Reservation required)
Reservations can be made after check-in.
Available hours are from 15:00 to 23:00 (last available until 23:45).

Can I reserve the private open-air bath in advance?
A
Advance reservations are required, but reservations will be accepted after check-in on the day of arrival.Please note that we do not accept reservations before check-in.

Even if a private bath is included as a plan benefit, advance reservations are required after check-in. *It may not be available in case of bad weather.

I would like to take a private open-air bath with my child...
A
Available for children aged 10 and over.
The private open-air bath is located on the roof floor of Kaze no Tate. Kaze no Tate is a high-rise building, and the private open-air bath is equipped with a minimum of fences so as not to impair the view, so from the perspective of ensuring safety, children under the age of 9 are not allowed. Please refrain from using it.

Can I use the internet (Wi-Fi) in the building?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms, lobby, conference room, dining room, and Cafe Grove.

You can use it on the garden terrace attached to Cafe & Bar Grove on the second floor of Mori-no-tate and the sky terrace on the rooftop of Kaze no Tate.
